What the app does

Workout Doctor lets you inspect workout records, edit selected data, merge compatible workouts and save corrected copies in Apple Health. It is a workout data utility and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Health data

With your permission, the app reads workout records and their available data, such as times, activity types, distances, energy, heart rate, speed, pace, power, cadence, elevation, GPS routes, pauses, effort, source information and environmental information attached to workouts.

These data are processed on your iPhone to display your workouts, prepare the changes you request, verify a corrected copy and export a route. The app asks for the Health write permissions needed to save a copy you confirm.

Your original activity remains unchanged. A corrected copy is a separate record in Apple Health.

Workout Doctor does not upload your Health records to the publisher's servers. The app has no user account, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or developer-operated cloud synchronization. Health data are not sold or used by the publisher for advertising or profiling.

Apple's own Health synchronization depends on your Apple settings and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

You choose which Health permissions to grant and can change them in Apple Health. Withdrawing access stops future access to the affected data; it does not remove copies already saved in Apple Health.

Maps and files you share

Maps are displayed using Apple Maps. Loading map content may involve requests to Apple's services and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Workout Doctor does not send your workout records to its own map server.

GPX exports are created locally when you request them. They can contain precise route coordinates, timestamps and altitude. A file is shared only with the destination you choose in the iOS share sheet. That destination handles its copy under its own privacy policy.

The app attempts to remove temporary GPX exports after sharing completes and on the next launch.

Local app data and diagnostics

The app stores preferences and information used to avoid repeated rating requests locally on your device. A protected local repair journal allows the app to recover an interrupted save. It records a repair identifier, a technical state and a start time.

If verification fails, the app can create a local diagnostic report containing the app and system version, activity and data types, source app identifier, sample counts and technical errors. It excludes measurement values, workout dates, workout identifiers and route coordinates.

You decide whether to share this report. No report is automatically sent to the publisher.

Demo mode uses fictional data. It does not read or write your Health records.

App Store purchase

Workout Doctor is purchased when downloaded from the App Store. Apple handles payment and download history under its own terms and privacy policy.

The app does not receive your payment card details or maintain a billing account with the publisher. All app features are included in the download.

Website and support

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited. Hosting and content delivery providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and secure the website. These requests do not include Health records from the app.

If you contact support, the publisher receives your email address, message and any files you choose to send. These are used to answer your request and resolve the issue.

Please send only the information needed and avoid including sensitive workout data unless you choose to share it for support purposes. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and email providers may process this information on the publisher's behalf. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards depend on those providers' services and privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

Workouts and corrected copies remain in Apple Health until you manage or delete them there. You can revoke permissions in Health and remove local app data through iOS. Files already shared with another service must be managed with that service.

For personal information held by the publisher, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@neostudent.app.

Because the publisher does not receive your Health database, those records and permissions are managed directly through Apple Health.

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
