What FeelNav processes
FeelNav does not require an account and does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. Routes, GPX files, navigation settings, and detected directions are processed on your devices. During navigation, the Apple Watch uses precise location to follow the selected route. FeelNav does not send your location or routes to the publisher and does not retain a detailed location history after navigation.
Health and workout data
With your permission, FeelNav starts a workout session so navigation can remain active on Apple Watch when the screen is off. FeelNav does not read your Health history. At the end of navigation, you can choose whether to save or discard the workout. Saved workouts are stored by Apple Health under your control.
Apple services and transfers
FeelNav uses Apple Maps for map display and place search, and WatchConnectivity to transfer routes between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Importing a GPX file may involve the file provider you choose, such as iCloud Drive. These services are provided by Apple or the selected file provider and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Storage, retention, and deletion
FeelNav stores routes, settings, transfer status, and navigation data locally on your devices. Routes remain until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete routes independently on iPhone and Apple Watch, remove saved workouts in the Health app, and revoke Location or Health permissions in Settings.
If the route library becomes unreadable and you choose to repair it, FeelNav keeps a local recovery copy of the affected files before making changes. These copies are not sent to the publisher. You can delete them from Help on iPhone or from the home screen on Apple Watch.
Support and website data
If you contact support, the publisher receives the information you include in your message and uses it only to answer your request and resolve the reported issue. The website host, Hostinger, may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, and access time for security and operation. The website does not need your routes or location data.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held through a support exchange by emailing support@neostudent.app. You can also withdraw permissions at any time in Settings, although some navigation features will then be unavailable. FeelNav applies reasonable safeguards to local data and will update this policy if its data practices materially change.
Support
FeelNav Support
Need help with FeelNav? Email support@neostudent.app. To help diagnose an issue, include your iPhone and Apple Watch models, iOS and watchOS versions, FeelNav version, the action you were attempting, the exact message shown, and a screenshot if it contains no sensitive information. Never send passwords, payment details, precise location history, or confidential GPX files.
Route transfer
Install FeelNav on the paired Apple Watch, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, keep both devices nearby, then try the transfer again. A route is available offline after the Watch confirms that it has been saved locally.
Location or Health permission
FeelNav needs Location to follow the route and Health workout access to remain active on Apple Watch with the screen off. If permission was declined, enable it in Settings and return to FeelNav. FeelNav does not read your Health history.
GPX import
FeelNav supports one continuous route per file with at least two distinct valid coordinates. If a file contains several tracks or segments, export them as separate GPX files before importing them.
Unreadable library
On iPhone, choose Recover My Routes to recover readable routes. On Apple Watch, choose Reset Library, confirm, then send your routes again from your iPhone. Resetting the Watch library does not change the routes on your iPhone. Recovery copies can be deleted from Help on iPhone or the home screen on Apple Watch.
Deleting data
Delete a route separately from the iPhone and Apple Watch if you want it removed from both devices. Delete saved workouts in the Health app. Uninstalling FeelNav removes its local app data.
FeelNav is a route-following aid, not an emergency or safety service. Always follow closures, signs, official guidance, weather information, and local conditions.
